A small, slow, creative community in an old stone village.
We are a quiet, open-minded bunch. Many of us are neuro-evolved, many of us are queer, and all of us love animals. We do things our own way and we are happy that way.
Myoho Valley started in 2023 as a mystery school: a place for retreats, music, ritual, rest and learning from the land. Since then it has grown a recording studio, two radio stations, a veggie kitchen and a family of rescued animals.

Volunteers follow a simple weekly schedule, so everyone knows what is happening and nothing falls through the cracks.
Guests who pay for their stay are free. Join in as much or as little as you like, no schedule needed.
Everyone takes turns cooking in the shared veggie kitchen, to keep it fair. Food shares are always welcome.
Want to run a workshop, a jam, a circle or a project? Bring it. The valley grows through the people who come.
The people who hold the valley together.

In loving memory, who built our first website
Co-founder of Myoho Valley, and part-time hermit in a room. Hels left home at 17 and travelled the world for years: teaching scuba diving, founding a coral reef conservation project in the Andaman Sea, nursing, care work and fostering, and assisting tantric and shamanic retreats. In 2019 Hels founded the off-grid community Bohemia in Portugal, then answered the call to create Myoho Valley. These days Hels studies Hermeticism and esoterica, makes Lives of Tribes, and hangs out with the animals.
More faces and stories coming soon.
