Myoho Valley is an old stone village in Ficalho, near Sarzedas in Castelo Branco, slowly coming back to life. We grow food, make music, look after the animals and the land, and make space for anyone who needs a breath of something different.
We chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo together most days, but we are not a Buddhist centre. It is simply a practice that grounds us. Everything else here is holistic, playful and down to earth. Grief and joy are both welcome. So are dirty hands.

The small house and caravan have private kitchens. Cook whatever you like in there.
Smoking is fine in your own private space and in the smoking areas, just not in the shared kitchen.
